I deleted an invoice by mistake – can I retrieve?
Once an invoice is deleted you cannot get that invoice back. You can however retrieve all the information from the Audit Log and recreate the invoice.
1. Click on the Gear icon – Audit Log.

3. At the Audit Log screen, look for the deleted invoice under the Event column.
4. Now that you have the information, you can recreate the invoice.
5. You can also click on View under the History column and the history of the transaction will open.
6. It will show you when the transaction was created and also the information needed to recreate the invoice.
